GENERAL ADMISSION CRITERIA FOR VARIOUS TRADES

Admissions forms will be available from the school office from 20th January to 31st May during school hours at the rate of KSH. 50/=.

All forms must be duly filled and with the necessary documents attached, must reach the school office before 31st May. School accepts no responsibility over the delay caused by post.

Interview list will be displayed on the school notice board on 20th June. You can also receive this information by telephone: 020-882996, 884122, and 882013. Those selected for the interview must reach the school on the scheduled day before 8:30 a.m for the written admission test, which is conducted prior to the interview. No extra time will be given if you are late. Kindly bring your writing materials: pen, pencil etc, for the written test. One should produce all his original certificates and other relevant documents at the time of the interview.

The list of those admitted to the school will be displayed on the notice board on 15th September. One can get the information of the admission by using the above telephone numbers. A calling letter and necessary list of things to be brought to the school on the first day you report to the school should be collected from school office.Your school contribution KSH.10000/= should be paid on the first day you report to the school to register your name. Failure to do so can lose your place to another candidate in the waiting list. On the day of registration the guardian/sponsor/parent, will submit the regulation form duly filled and signed with correct information. He/She will be the one who is totally responsible to the school for his/her candidate and should report to the school office, when called upon the school authority. Any changes of information during the course of the year should be reported to the school immediately. Those who do not comply with these regulations will be considered to be struck off from the admission list.

The decision of the school authority is final in all matters of admission, suspend, dismissal of the candidate based on any issue or event in the school. Normally a student who has left studies or dismissed can not be registered from this school for the exams. If granted a favour, to sit for the exams he/she should pay the exam fee and center fee before the exams.

ADMISSION CRITERIA FOR TRADES

Application forms are given out from January to May.

Applications duly filled should be returned by 31st May.

Interview will take place at Boys` Town in the month of July.

With the applications, please attach;-

Photocopy of ID Card

Recommendation letter (from the Parish Priest for catholic students and from the Social

worker or the church leader for other students).

Photocopy of the school certificate or any other certificate

Passport size photographs (2) with your signature behind.

Health certificate from a registered doctor.

Photocopy of the school certificate.

Interview results will be published by 15th of September.

Information will not be posted from school.

Our school fees KSHS. 10000/= per year for technical studies for boys and girls.

NB: - Buying an application form does not guarantee you to be called for the interview.
